TRANSITIONAL HOUSING
We have Transitional houses in Placer, Yuba, Sutter, and Sacramento Counties. We serve Men, Women and Women with Children.
We specialize in, but not limited to, working with Men and Women who are Re-entering society after being incarcerated. We have contracts that will assist in some cases with funding for the program such as SASCA. We place each client based upon their individual needs and circumstances in the house that best suits them. Our program is social model theory based along with a strong set of guidelines promoting responsibility and accountability. We also offer job placement assistant and life skills training. Upon entry, we will do an intake and help put a plan in place with a clear direction.
Our transitional program is structured in a way that reveals the barriers that has prevented these men and women from achieving the life that they were meant to have. This will include Intensive one on one session with our experienced, well trained staff. Our staff has developed a unique way of reaching the men and women we serve. Our methods have proved extremely successful.
We also offer continued help in housing after their successful duration of their stay at our program. These individuals will have demonstrated and proved their outstanding willingness and motivation with their new life. Regardless of credit history which is often a barrier, we have set up opportunities for the client to rent affordable housing.
Auburn Women’s Transitional Facility:
This house is located in town near bus stops and businesses. This house is geared toward women who are in need of support, guidance, shelter, assistance in re-entering society and remaining clean sober in the process. It is a safe clean and sober, structured environment. We address issues and challenges that are unique to women.
Auburn Men’s Transitional Facility:
This house is located in town near bus stops and business. This house is geared toward men who are in need of support, guidance, assistance in re-entering society and remaining clean sober in the process. It is a safe clean and sober, structured environment.
Auburn Men’s SASCA approved Transitional Facility:
This house is located in town near bus stops and business. This house is geared toward men who are in need of support, guidance, assistance in re-entering society and remaining clean sober in the process. This is a SASCA approved program. It’s focus is to bridge the gap from incarceration to reintegration and insure that the men coming out of incarceration have what they need to be successful. It is a safe clean and sober, structured environment.
Loomis Women and Children Transitional Facility:
This house is located in town near bus stops and businesses. This house is geared toward women and their children who are in need of support, guidance, shelter, assistance in re-entering society and remaining clean sober in the process. It is a safe clean and sober, structured environment. The house is tailored in a way that is beneficial to the children who live there. We offer support around parenting and becoming self sufficient, responsible parents. We address issues and challenges that are unique to women with children.
Yuba City Women and Children’s Transitional Facility:

This house is geared toward women and their children who are in need of support, guidance, shelter, assistance in re-entering society and remaining clean sober in the process. It is a safe clean and sober, structured environment. The house is tailored in a way that is beneficial to the children who live there. Roseville Men’s Transitional Facilities:
We have three Men’s houses in the Roseville area. These houses are located in town near bus stops and business. This house is geared tword men who are in need of support, guidance, assistance in re-entering society and remaining clean sober in the process. It is a safe clean and sober, structured environment.
Sacramento Men’s Transitional Facilities:
We have three Men’s houses in the Sacramento area. These houses are located in town near bus stops and business. This house is geared toward men who are in need of support, guidance, assistance in re-entering society and remaining clean sober in the process. It is a safe clean and sober, structured environment. We also offer a home in Sacramento to men with children. The house is tailored in a way that is beneficial to the children who live there. We offer support around parenting and becoming self sufficient, responsible parents.
Marysville Men’s Transitional Facility:
We have Two Men’s Transitional houses in Yuba City. These houses are located in town near bus stops and business. This house is geared toward men who are in need of support, guidance, assistance in re-entering society and remaining clean sober in the process. It is a safe clean and sober, structured environment.
